Our general terms and conditions

§ 1: General

These general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between GamesXXL.de (hereinafter: operator) and its members. By registering or using the service, you agree agree to the validity of these terms and conditions.

§ 2: Data protection

Membership requires storing personal information. The member agrees to the consent to the storage of his data. The operator will use the information provided during registration of the member to third parties.

§ 3: Registration

Any person who has full legal capacity and has his or her permanent place of residence in Germany has the right to become a member. The member assures that all data provided by him are true and complete. The member is obliged to notify the operator immediately of any changes of the communicated data and the correctness of the operator's requests to confirm again. Each member may only register once and therefore only one user account invest. Advertising or registering people in the same household is generally prohibited. Participations that are operated via the same Internet access are to be avoided and lead to immediate expulsion of the members concerned.

§ 4: Cancellation of membership

Membership can be terminated by the member at any time and without giving reasons. The member is not bound to any minimum contract period. With the deletion of the account still existing credit is instructed to be paid out regardless of the payout limit. § 6: Prohibited Ads

§ 7: Liability

§ 8: Use

§ 9: Severability Clause

Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid, this shall affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Rather, it applies in place of the ineffective provision a replacement provision that corresponds to or at least comes close to the purpose of the agreement contractual partners would have agreed to achieve the same economic result if they were aware of the invalidity of the provision. All legal relationships arising from this contractual relationship are subject to Law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the EU sales law.
